Opting for a more moderate downturn and asymmetry than many of its super aggressive rivals, the Crux strikes the perfect balance between comfort and performance. But, don't be fooled by the easy going looks - the Crux is a brilliant all-round performer with the midsole reinforced toe box providing great support and precision. Further bolstered by the 4-4.5mm of Zenist 2.0 rubber, the Crux is an edging machine with plenty of sticky friction to back it up.
The split sole across the bottom of the shoe provides enough flexibility to make the Crux a viable option for indoor and sedimentary rock type use. With ample rubber over the toes, a one-piece heel cup and the Wrap Rand, the Crux can hook well too whilst these additional features further contribute to the secure fit of the shoe, limiting stretch and keeping your foot locked in place.
The upper of the Crux is constructed from super comfortable vegan microfibres and the tongue, midsole and middle part of the rubber outsole have all been made from recycled materials - so the Crux packs an environmental punch too.
